Custom Half Frame Bags

from $120.00
sold out

Our custom half frame bags come standard with a zipper on the right side that gives access to the main compartment of the bag and a zipper on the left side for a quick access sleeve for phone, wallet, keys, or whatever. We sew a 1” daisy chain around the foam inserted perimeter of the bag for your choice of mounting points to avoid things like cable stays and derailleurs. The foam helps to keep its shape and protect valuables from a direct impact to frame tubing.

Bags are made to order so it may take up to two weeks for the bag to be made. If you would like a material that is not listed above, select the "Custom Fabric" option for your material and include what color or fabric you desire in the form during checkout. Choosing “Custom Fabric” may take longer, but it's worth it.

All we need from you is a picture of your bike and a top tube measurement.

 Step 1:

Take a picture of the non-drivetrain side of your bike from about 15ft away. Make sure to throw your water bottles in the frame so we can give you the clearance that you need. The picture should be as 2D as possible by lining up the chainstays and dropouts in the photo to the best of your ability. This is easily captured by placing your bike parallel against a wall, from 15ft away, center yourself with the bike, and take the picture while sitting down.

 Step 2:

Measure the top tube from the inside of the seat tube to the inside of the headtube.

Step 3:

Email both the picture and top tube measurement via email to jacksupplyco.com. Include any questions or notes in the email.

If you have any questions about the process feel free to reach out!
